Sk\u00e6r sm\u00f8rret i mindre stykker og smuldr det i melet. Saml let dejen med vand og h\u00e6ld den l\u00f8se dej i en t\u00e6rteform (ca. 22 cm i diameter). Tryk dejen ud i t\u00e6rteformen. Tryk den godt op ad kanten. Forbag bunden midt i ovnen.<\/p>\n<h3>Fyld<\/h3>\n<p>Lad sm\u00f8rret blive gyldent i en pande. Steg l\u00f8gene ved j\u00e6vn varme i ca. 3 min. Fordel dem p\u00e5 bunden. Pisk \u00e6ggene sammen og tils\u00e6t hytteost, timian, salt og peber. H\u00e6ld blandingen over l\u00f8gene og drys med revet ost.
