L\u00e6g dem herefter i gryden i sukkerlagen, og lad det sm\u00e5koge i ca. 5 minutter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"c2\">Tag gryden af varmen, og stil den k\u00f8ligt til forsyltning i 12-24 timer. S\u00f8rg for, at tomaterne er d\u00e6kket af lagen. L\u00e6g evt. pres p\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li class=\"c2\">Efter forsyltning koges lagen igen i ca. 5 minutter. Fordel tomaterne i skoldede glas, der evt. er skyllet med atamon. Kog lagen ind i 10-15 minutter. H\u00e6ld lagen p\u00e5 tomaterne, s\u00e5 glassene er helt fyldt, og l\u00e6g kanelst\u00e6ngerne ovenp\u00e5.
