Kom rugkernerne i en anden sk\u00e5l, og h\u00e6ld \u00bd liter kogende vand over. D\u00e6k ogs\u00e5 denne sk\u00e5l til, og lad begge sk\u00e5le st\u00e5 p\u00e5 k\u00f8kkenbordet natten over.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Morgen:<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Kom fordejen i en r\u00f8remaskine og tils\u00e6t resten af rugmelet, hvedemel og 4 dl vand. K\u00f8r dejen ved middelhastighed i 5 minutter. Tils\u00e6t salt, rugkerner og fr\u00f8, og k\u00f8r dejen yderligere 8 minutter. S\u00e6t hastigheden op efter de f\u00f8rste tre minutter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Lad dejen h\u00e6ve 3-6 timer under et fugtigt kl\u00e6de. Jo l\u00e6ngere h\u00e6vetid, des mere syrligt bliver br\u00f8det.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Fordel dejen i to rugbr\u00f8dsforme bekl\u00e6dt med bagepapir, og lad dem efterh\u00e6ve 1-2 timer, til dejen har rejst sig et par centimeter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Bag br\u00f8dene i en forvarmet ovn ved 200c i 1 time.
