Lad cherrytomaterne dryppe af i en sigte (husk at gemme tomatsaucen fra d\u00e5sen).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-11500-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Saut\u00e9r l\u00f8get og hvidl\u00f8etg i olie i en gryde, til l\u00f8gene er klare. Kom risottorisene ved, og saut\u00e9r dem i et minuts tid. Tils\u00e6t hvidvin, og r\u00f8r hyppigt, til den er fordampet. Bland h\u00f8nsefond og v\u00e6den fra tomaterne, og kom blandingen i gryden med ris lidt efter lidt, s\u00e5 v\u00e6den langsomt arbejdes ind i risen under hyppig omr\u00f8ring. Forts\u00e6t s\u00e5dan i cirka 15 minutter, til risene er kogt f\u00e6rdige \u2013 de skal v\u00e6re m\u00f8re, men stadig have lidt bid. Lad cherrytomaterne simre med de sidste par minutter.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-11500-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Vend halvdelen af parmesanen i, og smag risottoen til med salt og peber.
