Tils\u00e6t salt og olie. Bland melet i lidt ad gangen, til dejen er tilpas. \u00c6lt dejen godt, gerne i op til 15 minutter. Lad den h\u00e6ve i \u00bd time. Form dejen til 3 lange flutes, der efterh\u00e6ver 15 minutter. Pensl med vand og bag ved 225\u00b0C i 15 minutter. Pensl flutene med vand, n\u00e5r de kommer ud af ovnen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Twistet bliver tils\u00e6tning af 1 dl havregryn kogt i 4 dl vand og tils\u00e6ttes oregano &#8211; mit yndlingskrydderi.
