Alle er relativt lyse br\u00f8d, men jeg har forst\u00e6rket dem p\u00e5 fibersiden med grovvalsede havregryn. Jeg s\u00f8rger for at havregrynene er bl\u00f8dt helt op. For der er rigtig mange, specielt m\u00e6nd og b\u00f8rn de ikke kan lide det grove br\u00f8d. P\u00e5 denne m\u00e5de opdager de det ikke, men f\u00e5r rigtig mange fibre med br\u00f8det. Det samme g\u00e6lder hvis du vil have kerne i br\u00f8det. S\u00f8rg for at koge kernerne godt igennem. S\u00e5 vil de v\u00e6re bl\u00f8de og l\u00e6kre i br\u00f8det. I g\u00e5r bagte jeg disse br\u00f8d: I begge tilf\u00e6lde er der tale om br\u00f8d uden meget substans. Smagen er fremragende &#8211; og det \u00e6ndre ikke ved at tils\u00e6tte en havregr\u00f8d.
